On this team, you’ll guide the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers, provide technical expertise and direction to sales teams in the field and assure the compatibility of these solutions with customer systems and strategic business plans. What you’ll achieve As a WFSP you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to customers in the analysis, design and development of responsible services solutions covering the PC life cycle, Consulting and Deployment services as part of Workforce transformation products, working in synergies with the Dell Technologies field account, presales and services sales teams The role is technical presales yet requires commercial skills, being the focal point in front of the Customer when an End User Computing solution is being sized; this involves both hands-on working alongside Dell’s partner consultants to both support them in the analysis, design and development of responsible services solutions covering the PC life cycle, Consulting and Deployment services as part of Workforce transformation products, with the Dell Technologies field account, presales and services sales teams, ensuring the solution is technically on track. You will: Act as expert and consultant by delivering high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills to customer and senior management driving business and solution development with primary focus on identifying, scoping, proposing and closing engagements owning and driving transition of customer awarded Statements of Work and expectations to Dell Technologies Delivery Teams, as well as participating during internal project kickoffs. Work with Dell Technologies Delivery Leads, Solutioning Team and Subject Matter Experts to develop Statements of Work consistent with required commercial/solution terms approved during reviews ensuring both SOW and BOE (Bill of Efforts) are carefully defined and possible risks are mitigated. Required solution proposals/deliverables include: Scope objectives based on customer requirements. Major project work streams, activities, deliverables, and timeline to achieve customer outcomes. Clearly defined roles and responsibilities between core sales team roles, customer roles, and business partner roles. Proposed service fees and terms for Dell Technologies delivery and/or business partner resource level of effort and bottoms-up expense estimates. Critical assumptions that need to be true to support the project timeline and proposed service fees. Excellent communication skills including active listening, proposal and statement of work writing, and delivery of white board or formal presentations. BA or BS degree in Computer Science or +10 years relevant field sales / presales / delivery experience, advisory selling & advanced Negotiation Skills to effectively exercise power and influence key decisions for the benefit of Dell and the customer. Experienced in consulting business opportunity development. Solutioning skills to develop Client deployment and Workforce Transformation consulting services with experience writing Statements of Work. Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge of PC life cycle services, Consulting and Deployment (CFI, cybersecurity, Manage) services as part of Workforce transformation products and their value added to the customer. The WFSP will be part of a Regional Team, will be leveraged across LATAM, so must be open to travel (post-COVID) probably over 70% of the time which will be spent on designing solutions for Dell Customers. High level of interpersonal relationships, positive attitude and resilience. Ability to work under stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Bilingual required (Advanced English) Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills. Desirable Requirements Understand competitive technology and business applications relevant to associated services. Understands the channel’s role in contributing to the value of the Dell solution. Develops, motivates and coordinates internal and external channels to optimize sales coverage and revenue production Sales engineer with in-depth understanding of Dell’s solutions & services portfolio: Client Strategy, Deployment Services. Also possesses strong product/technology/industry Legacy Dell knowledge.
