is looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Manager for strategic initiatives. This highly visible role will be responsible for helping to guide our customers on a multi-part journey to solve their business and technical problems. This individual should be a self-starter and be willing to operate both tactically and strategically to deliver outcomes for the customer.As a trusted advisor, you will help guide our customers, engage the different AWS teams to remove blockers, plan the solution, share best practices, drive end user engagement, and measure success based on customer acquisition, cloud workloads, and the establishment of unique solutions that scale more broadly across Public Sector.You are encouraged to think big, invent, and take ownership and identification of our customers’ challenges. Your cloud experience and operational excellence will influence customer decisions, provide insight, and help drive secure and robust solutions.Responsibilities· Deliver value to our customers by building trust and maintaining strong relationships, learning about their business priorities, and guiding them on how to best leverage our services.· Solicit performance feedback, identify and eliminate blockers, identify and coordinate AWS resources needed to move projects forward.· Work with mission owners and development teams to coordinate access to AWS subject matter experts, solutions architects, and professional service engineers.· Coordinate internal resources and programs with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.· Help customers design the right technical approach that mitigates the risks caused by technical complexity.· Discover and evangelize new use cases for the customer, helping them to deepen and expand their usage of the AWS in an effort to change the way they serve their citizens today.· Based in Santiago, Chile; some travel may be required across the countries represented by LCC. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s Degree in information technology management, computer science or software engineering.· 6+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure management, or systems architecture design and implementation.· 3+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale, IT or technical or engineering programs and projects.· 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a Business Development Manager or an Account Manager, leading and engaging with customers and/or partners.· Experience working within an early to mid-stage Startup· English and Spanish fluency in written and verbal communications.
