We're looking for a Trainer & Talent Development Senior Analyst to be based out of our Chile office. The role involves the development and execution of strategic human resources initiatives and projects across the organization focused on training and talent development.

- Facilitate/Deliver trainings for all levels in the organization,





partnering with operations to understand and act on training needs, customizing and executing training programs.
- Provide logistics support and guidance for training sessions and learning iniciatives carried across several areas of the organization
- Oversee day-to-day use of training budget - promoting its use within the organization to fulfil training needs
- Coordinate requests for the use of Franquicia SENCE for training

**Requisitos**:
Requisitos Minimos:
Undergraduate degree (see below for details) and the following skills:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, psychology, communications, or similar
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in the utilization of HRIS systems and data to drive decision making
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills






- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and complex situations, with the ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve excellence
- Problem solving oriented with logical thinking, organizational skills and a strategic view
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
