**Your Role**:

- Managing Bookkeeping for IT & Web clients
- managing contracts for IT & web clients, billing and receivables
- Reviewing, posting,





and reconciling bank transactions from the previous day
- Working within Xero to ensure transactions are accurate and timely posted
- Same day posting support, checking bank
- Accounts Receivable duties:

- Cash Receipt Deposits
- Billing inquiries & other accounting related inquiries
- Processing Payment & Retainer credit card transactions and e-transfers
- Accounts Payable duties:

- Invoice and Cheque payment
- Assisting with required information in regards to year-end audits

**Compensation**:

- Compensation is based on experience
- Compensation will be provided monthly
- Compensation will be in CAD or USD and can be ANYWHERE in the world

You will be required to be online and working a for 8 hours a day, with at least several hours in the EST time zone (Client support, communications will all be in EST). The more available in EST the easier.

**Salary**: $30,000,000,000 - $55,000,000,000 per month
