Responsibilities:

1. Keep the indicators updated, perform maintenance on the indicator base periodically, providing quality in the level of information and service.
2. Report the KPIs to the areas involved and Warehouse Management within the established deadline.
3. Propose improvement signaling critical points and create action plans with the responsible person.
4. Monitor the costs of the area and support the development of budget, forecast, and monthly provisions by compiling the information and forwarding it to the superior.
5. Participate in and lead process improvement projects/initiatives in the company.
6. Maintain input inventory levels, providing replenishments through the issuance of purchase requisitions when necessary.
7. Track manageable spending and payment of invoices.
8. Attend periodic meetings.
9. Monitor the performance of suppliers,





taking necessary preventive and/or corrective actions, as well as recommending disqualification of suppliers in partnership with supervisors.
10. Keep up to date in your area of expertise and suggest improvements.
11. Comply with the company's existing corporate standards, procedures, and policies.
12. Take care of the equipment, resources, and materials under your responsibility, and ensure a safe work environment.
