**Mission**

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and the Executive Leadership Team as requested by the Managing director. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Functions**:
1. Provide general assistance to the Managing Director and the Managing Director´s immediate family group as required.
2. Provide general assistance to the first line of management to support the company's business and corporate strategy as requested by the Managing Director.
3. Provide assistance and support to expatriats and their immediate families as needed.
4.





Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Managing Director. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
5. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Managing Director’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
6. Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.

Attend Executive Leadership Team meetings, record and distribute minutes and maintain an action log of agreed upon actions.
8. Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.
9. Provide hospitality to as requested and help to create a welcoming environment.
10. Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
11. Comply with the Company's SYSO and ISO standards.
**Technical Competences**

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
Demonstrated competencies with Agile methodology or a willingness to learn

Significant executive support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including customers, senior executives, staff and community leaders.
