Chile - Wealth Sales Analyst

**Job Description**:
Team Description

The Chile Wealth Business team serves wealth clients, including Asset Managers, Family Offices, Multi Family, Private Banks, and Independent Advisors. Professionals within the team work together to deliver a full range of asset management, risk management and advisory services relevant to clients’ investment needs.

Unified under one global client platform, Wealth team is accountable for client relationships, services, and distribution of products, supported by a centralized marketing function which ensures consistency globally.

Role Description: As Chile Wealth Sales Analyst,





you will provide BlackRock asset management capabilities to wealth clients. The individual in this role will develop analysis, research and expertise on the entire range of investment solutions available, which includes mainly exchange traded funds (ETFs), active mutual funds, alternative investments, whole portfolio management solutions and asset allocation ideas through optimizations.

The role reports to Chile Head of Wealth and will be based in Santiago, Chile.

Key Responsibilities
- Support in the development of research, analysis, and client service for Chile Wealth clients.
- Strengthening of relationships with Chile Wealth clients by generating investment insights, understanding clients’ needs, and leveraging on BlackRock’s platform to deliver suitable ideas and solutions.
- Provide timely and high-quality responses to requests and queries from clients.
- Produce expected sales results and activity levels defined together with team leadership.






- Position and differentiate BlackRock and our products against competitor firms and their products.
- Understand the competitive landscape and position BlackRock products to grow market share.
- Understand client needs and market trends, provide ideas and solutions to intermediaries to maximize sales
- Adopt and embody BlackRock’s principles, being innovation, a One BlackRock approach, passion and being a fiduciary to our clients.
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout the business including marketing, client services, legal & compliance and investment teams in delivering client outcomes.
- Navigate the global firm and build internal relationships locally and globally enabling you to support efforts.
- Demonstrate analytical rigor to help clients build better portfolios

- Opportunity to have a deep understanding of the region and drive demand into iShares, Active, and Alternative investment strategies, having the chance to strengthen current client relationships and identify new potential prospects.

Skills/Qualifications
- Business Administration, Economics, Civil Industrial Engineer.
- 2-4 years as an analyst in similar role (asset manager, Family Office) is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge in Mutual Funds, ETF’s and Alternative investments will be considered an advantage.






- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, OneNote, etc.)
- Strong overall sales acumen and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in explaining markets and in positioning/blending the benefits of active portfolios, ETFs, and models.
- Ambitious work ethic, professional disposition, detail-oriented and a passion for investments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels and functions; can work through difficult problems and in conflict situations.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Strong team player, detail oriented and collaborate internally to utilize BlackRock’s resources
