**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Overall responsible for end to end pricing and Trade Strategy
Interface with customers to provide product and market expertise
Actively participate in sales meetings
Negotiate and maintain competitive FAK rates and monitor local charges
Understand country’s needs and negotiate specific requirements with target carriers e.g. space protection / allocation, demurrage, detention etc
Provide leadership in the areas of product and business development
Establish regular market information to countries
Review volume and profitability performance on regular bass and provide feedback and/or escalations to Management
Support SCA countries on rates and carriers’ related issues
Guidance and training for countries to create awareness of the Trade throughout the region
Develop and improve the Trade through innovative actions as well by strategic planning
Regular Trade Meeting / Calls - prepare and present key highlights for Intra Americas Trade
Develop and maintain relations with Global Sea freight Carriers with Head Offices in Latam / US / Europe
Establish targets and allocation with carriers & monitor volume performance through MBR’s and QBR’s
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:
Business,
Shipping or Logistics university degree
Leadership experience
Good knowledge of freight logistics, import and export, LCL and FCL
Fluent English skills
