**Position Overview**

Based at our Chile Office,





in order to further strengthen our Human Resources team we are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for Puratos Chile HR operation, and management.

**HR Manager**

As a member of the country management team, the HR Manager assumes multiple roles of strategic partner, coach, change agent and employee advocate.

**Key Accountabilities**
- **Partner with Management Team and Managers** on all people-related matters, including performance management, organizational development, employee relations, people planning and recruiting.
- **Lead and inspire the local team to deliver HR KPIs**; align all HR processes and programs to core values, strategic priorities and vision, in accordance with group policies.
- **Oversee the recruiting process** to attract top talent and meet company needs; take initiative to develop Puratos as an employer brand, in partnership with Group HR and Communications.
- **Ensure the onboarding, training,





and performance management practices align** with business requirements and support employee retention strategies.
- **Drive engagement initiatives aligned with engagement and pulse survey results**, action plans and keep them alive throughout the year.
- **Manage and oversee all employee and labor relations issues**; ensure equitable and consistent treatment of all employees, effective complaint resolution/investigation process, and fair employment practices and corrective action.
- **Manage and oversee payroll processing, benefits and retirement programs**; evaluate programs for employee retention and competitiveness in the marketplace; propose solutions for improvement.
- **Develop and improve the knowledge and skills of the organization** through training, and coaching and mentoring.





Oversee the roll-out of Group learning & development programs and nominations for global trainings. Recommend and oversee inhouse trainings and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
- **Manage annual performance review and talent review process**. Support development and implementation of individual development plans, in accordance with group policies and in partnership with the Group HR Talent Management team.
- **Coordinate HR data management**, HRIS implementation and workforce analytics in the country (Budget, forecast and actuals, short term and long term planning) via global our HR system, SuccessFactors.
- **Keep the long range Work Force Planning** within the country **up to date** annually and monitor the growth closely in line with the business needs and productivity concepts.





Provide the business with people analytics that support and drive continuous improvement and necessary interventions.
- **Be involved in establishing the annual local HR budgets**, using the long range Work Force Plans as reference.
- **Manage development and implementation of local HR policies** and procedures ensuring full compliance with all employment legislative requirements.
- **Oversee the integrity of HR data and employee records **in the HRIS system in accordance with legal requirements and group standards.
- **Ensure a healthy company culture based on **the Puratos Magic
- **Involvement in ad hoc projects**, as required

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.






- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, performance management, talent management, career planning, payroll, compensation & benefits) employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.

- Capacity to align HR initiatives with overall business goals and foresee future trends to develop long-term strategies that support organizational growth.
