- As an Enablement Specialist you empower our direct and channel sales team to be more successful and efficient with their daily operational tasks benefitting from the sales tool portfolio at their use. Your primary responsibility is to focus on sales specific usage, enablement, adoption, and the overall experience with Veritas’s sales tool stack and processes. You will be responsible for working with tools, technologies and processes that enhance the sales rep’s journey. You will need to translate business needs into requirements and create necessary documentation and training material to support our sales teams. This individual will report to the Sales Excellence/ Onboarding Lead.
- Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Drive enhancements to Veritas sales tools to enable optimal seller experience and while improving operational efficiencies need to support associated tools
- Act as platform SME to ensure success program and/or other initiatives centered on simplification of the Veritas tool stack.
- Build and develop an enablement plan for new employees as well as to ensure continuous improvement amongst existing employees with our sales tool portfolio. You will help to integrate your enablement plan to our sales methodology and process.
- Partner closely with sales operations and other teams as necessary to create one vision for how technology converges to enable the seller experience
- Deliver enablement materials for the sales teams like workbooks, instructional material, snippet videos and/or guides.
- Document sales processes from lead mgmt., opportunity mgmt., account management and all the in between.
- Drive proactive focus on daily usability and performance of Veritas tool stack and the adoption.
- Coach frontline Managers in how to coach reps in our tools and processes.
- Develop team members working knowledge of relevant sales tools and processes
- Admin for a few sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, People.ai, ZoomInfo and potentially others.
- To be successful in this role you should have:
- Preference is to currently work within a Veritas sales role for 2+ years
- Educational mindset with strong facilitation skills
- Analytical and strong written skills to develop content and process maps
- Great communications skills and ability to gather and process feedback from different stakeholders
- Good understanding of marketing and sales processes
- Previous experience in training and enablement of software products
- Ability to deliver results independently
