- Accountable for volume, revenue and profit delivery within customer base needs to determine what and how to deliver on the AOP
- Accountable for budget
- Develop market strategies to ensure top line and financial metrics in all channels.
- Ensure customer metrics are achieved through KPI’s,
negotiation and delivery of joint business plans (incorporating Business Unit Must Win Battles)
- Ensure route KPI’s are achieved through sales management model in all channels.
- Drive service levels with incremental improvements by working closely with the customer and supply team to ensure our go to market strategies are the right.
- Execute tailored promotional strategies in line with customer expectations and Pepsico framework to ensure all campaigns for products are in line with our Marketing brand strategy
- Ensure the correct execution of the pricing strategy and pack/price architecture in accounts to ensure top line.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering,
Marketing or related.
- Master of Business Administration or related
- Leadership.
- 10+ experience in commercial areas
- Experience in business strategies / Trade Marketing (Management of categories, promotions & Merchandising) / Business development / Market research.
- Business knowledge in the different sales channels.
- Experience in operational and digital management (Sales Force )
- High analytical and numerical capacity
- Leadership capacity and development of work teams
- Decision-making capacity with cross-functional teams
- Advanced English Language Proficiency
- Pricing and revenue management proven experience
- Portfolio management
