**Job Description**:
Researches, develops, and updates a variety of technical documents including operating procedures, instruction procedures and manuals, and documentation used to support development projects and the transition to production process.
Accurately translates complex topics into simple, layman terms.
Communicates and collaborates with team members and project staff to plan, develop, and produce high-quality documentation in a fast-paced environment.
May work simultaneously on multiple assignments.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
Experience writing and editing technical information highly desired.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail highly desired.
May require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365: Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe Acrobat
- Good knowledge of computer systems and processes.
- Good knowledge of business unit products and services.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Good knowledge of English language mechanics and editing techniques.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
