Job Responsibilities- Direct report to Regional President with matrix manager as Global Product Group Manager- Owner of product strategy for PCV in the region- Responsible for growth and profitability of PC&V; in the region- Works with Capital & Site/Service Sales, along with Professional Services heads to ensure cohesive and holistic approach to customers- Work with GPLM to organize and train product-specialized site sales & service for PCV- Works with GPLM on region specific engineering/compliance requirements- Collaborates with global Inside Sales and Application Engineering resources- Maintains strong communication with other sales functions in the region to ensure collaboration for customers- Provides inventory service level information to stocking centers both in region and globally- Works with GPLM and marketing to create marketing campaigns/events- Provides product development/improvement feedback to GPLM-
- Go to site to solve problems with sales managers as needed
What you bring- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Mining Sector.- Experience working and leading teams.- Knowledge of Mining Processes.- Knowledge of mining process machines.- Fluent Spanish and English
