Job Responsibilities- Own the development and implementation of region profitable growth strategy over the entire product lifecycle (Products BL/Systems BL/Service BL)
with support of the Product/Service Group and Region.- Serve as the product expert in the Region for the assigned product/service line(s).- Work with Region sales teams to promote products/services in the Region to all relevant customers.- Support GPLM/GSLMs, ISS and Regions to develop winning proposals.- Provide training and guidance to customers, sales and field service.- Travel with sales to customer sites and engineering firms to troubleshoot, win orders, consult on system design, support start-up’s as necessary, and ensure proper aftermarket support is in place including warranty/quality issue resolution.- Provides direct product support with Region Rebuilds and Retrofits/Upgrades- Provides won/lost reporting and customer feedback to GPLMs including region market intelligence, competition activities, suggested product design and improvement opportunities - specific customer pain points- Drives process testing for customers in region with GPLM/GSLM agreement- Support launch of new products/services in region in collaboration with GPLM/GSLM
What you bring- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Mining Sector.- Experience working and leading teams.- Knowledge of Mining Processes.- Knowledge of mining process machines.- Fluent Spanish and English
