JOB REQUISITION
Social Media Coordinator
LOCATION
SAN RAMON
Robert Half is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to generate positive brand exposure, grow and interact with our followers, and help expand our employee advocacy program. The individual in this role should have a passion for social media communications, have a command of social media trends, and be data-driven. This role reports to the Director, Social Media.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the company’s U.S. social media editorial content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
- Contribute to the company’s employee advocacy platform, Dynamic Signal, to ensure the best experience for our field,
salaried professionals and corporate employees.
- Create shareable social content appropriate for specific networks to drive engagement.
- Surface employee-generated content for use on social media
- Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company and industry from followers, employees, and from new audiences.
- Track the success of social media programs using reporting tools.
- Collaborate with key partners in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Employee Experience, Customer Experience and more to ensure the best results for the company.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Experience with enterprise social media and employee advocacy tools preferred
- Experience with basic graphic design or social video production tools such as Canva and Lumen5
- Strong communicator and creative thinker
- Ability to stay on-brand with tone and voice
- Strong writing,
collaboration, and interpersonal skills
