**An overview of your future role at BBA**

Join BBA and make the most of your experience by leading two major areas: human resource management and talent acquisition. You’ll be the human resources professional providing both a practical and advisory role to the local BBA Flow Partners Santiago office. You’ll be supported by colleagues from our corporate head office, based in Montreal, Québec, Canada.

You’ll provide support in recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, total rewards, performance management and the creation and implementation of HR initiatives and programs. You’ll also work closely with other human resources professionals on the team.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Lead and execute the talent attraction strategies.
- Support, collaborate with and play an advisory role for the internal hiring manager.
- Conduct screening calls and promote career prospects at BBA.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct interviews based on the level of positions to be filled.
- Coordinate pre-employment assessments in collaboration with our service providers.
- Propose salary analyses to hiring managers regarding job offers.
- Participate in career and professional networking events.
- Enter each step of the hiring process into the system.
- Work closely with the HR team throughout the staffing process.

Human Resources
- Train, coach and advise assigned clients on HR challenges and best practices, including, but not limited to, employee relations, succession planning, engagement, integration, retention and mobility.






- Take action to solve complex problems and suggest proactive approaches as well as potential solutions to management issues.
- Understand the goals and business challenges of assigned clients in order to play a key role in fulfilling business plans; help identify strategic HR initiatives to support strategic plans.
- Transform the business challenges of assigned clients into concrete, measurable HR actions; be proactive in helping develop a structured process and implement activities for retention, engagement and development as well as succession planning.
- Support and promote HR programs and processes in the areas of HR management and best business practices for the firm and implement a range of initiatives in collaboration with managers.






- Support managers in managing staff and fostering the development of their personnel management skills.

**Your key skills and certifications**
- University degree in Human Resources
- At least seven years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Advisor
- Knowledge of various work-related legislation
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both English and Spanish,





spoken and written
- Ability to establish a quality-oriented partnership and work as a team member
- Experience designing, developing and implementing HR business solutions
- Ability to evolve in a dynamic results-based matrix environment
- Ability to adopt a client-based approach and to tactfully manage sensitive situations.

Brindará apoyo en las áreas de reclutamiento, desarrollo organizativo, relaciones con empleados, recompensas, gestión de desempeño,
