**The Position**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- ** Model Development**:Developing and optimizing natural language generation models and image generators using OpenAI's GPT-3.5 architecture, Midjourney, or similar LLMs and image AI tools to generate text and images based on specified criteria, such as tone, style, and content.
- ** Data Collection and Preprocessing**:Collecting and preprocessing large datasets of text and images to train and fine-tune language models and image generators, ensuring data quality and integrity while adhering to client-specific requirements.
- ** Model Evaluation and Optimization**:Evaluating and analyzing model performance using appropriate metrics, identifying areas for improvement,
and optimizing models for better performance, including addressing biases and ethical considerations, based on our clients' staffing requirements.
- ** Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams**:Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project goals, and deliver AI-powered solutions
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the implementation of text and image AI models to analyze collected data.
- Experience in prompt creation and testing.
- 2+ years of experience with analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
