**Responsibilities**:
Hexagon is searching for a bright, enthusiastic and detail oriented
**Order Management Representative** to work in
**Santiago, Chile.** They will be responsible for administrative support to the sales team under supervision as well as process material orders from sales staff or directly from customers under limited supervision with independent judgement.
- Update the supplier portals of all customers
- Update vendor certifiers (Regic, Repro, Quadrem, etc.)
- Interact with clients for license installation
- Requisition of new licenses and renewals from Intergraph / suppliers
- Update the local price list according to the changes of the US list
- Prepare the administrative background for tenders
o Complete company background forms
o Ensure the issuance of warranty invoices
o Quality assurance of presentation of physical documentation in tenders
o Printing on paper and generation of CDs and identifiers
o Coordination of physical delivery timely and make technical and economic offers and guarantee invoices
- Upload contacts and accounts in SF for mass marketing
- Management of guarantee tickets with the finance department
- Manage and update the shared disk with material and commercial evidence
- Support weekly business committee presentations and sales statistics
- Support in the evaluation of opportunities according to the Hexagon PPM sales methodology
- Update account assignment record for each Account Manager and Sales Manager
- Records sales goals, reports achievement of goals per quarter and per year for each Account Manager
- Support in updating the terms and conditions of products together with the legal area
- Constant administrative support to commercial areas
- Support in administrative tasks and general services office of Chile and Colombia
- Ensures prices, quantities, and terms are accurate based on established business policies
- May issue price quotes
- Coordinates with departments on order status, shipping dates, pricing, product availability, and software licenses.
- Ensures all corporate export policies are followed, including performing export assessment and processing export checklists.
- Maintains detailed and accurate sales records to show evidence of compliance with audit requirements associated with tasks
- Works with more experienced team members to solve complex problems
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in a variety of tasks, processes and procedures required
Qualifications:
**Education**
- Student or graduate in related technical disciplines (eg: Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
- Previous experience in sales or pre-sales technical position is a plus
**Technical Knowledge**
Full command of online presentation tools and scheduling appointments and presentations
Expert in MS Office suite products
The worker is expected to have, or quickly acquire, knowledge of PPM products and procedures.
General knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
- computer technology
- PPM Industries
- Customer service procedures for questions and problem resolution
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
