Leading an interdisciplinary team to develop the mkt plan for the products under responsibility as well as the timely implementation and evaluate potential market risk/opportunities for proactive call to action
- Ensure timely pre-launch and Launch plans for new products/new indications pre-aligned with the region
- Develop & manage patient programs
- Analyze and consolidate market data and competitive environment (including field tracking and reporting) together with the Data team.
- Responsibility for financial and regular demand forecasting as well as promotional budget.
- Implementation, planning and tracking of digital campaigns.
- Carry out the elaboration of the promotional strategy and ensure that promotional and training materials are made available to the sales team within the established deadlines.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor internal and external events (congresses, webcasts, summits, etc.).
- Handling of internal company tools.
- Internal monitoring for approval of activities and Sponsorships.
- Point of contact with its relevant regional stakeholder for previous alignment on strategic and business topics (Business case, forecasting, launch plans )
- Responsible for strategic product management, identification of market opportunities in the public and private sector based on insights and data, strategic planning and execution, preparation of marketing plans and product launches including forecasting and promotional budget planning and follow-up.
- Leading Cross Functional Team (Marketing, Commercial, Financial, Supply, Access, Policy and Medical) in search of opportunities and with the objective of swift planning and implementation of selected impactful prioritized projects.
- Work closely with the sales force to ensure the correct implementation of the strategy as well as gathering insights and prepare the rightful promotional plan and material by segment (including digital).
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering,
Pharmacy or similar)
- Desirable: Postgraduate/MBA (Marketing and Sales Management, Business Management or
similar)
- Languages: Fluent English (essential)
- Experience: Previous experience as a product manager in the Chilean pharmaceutical industry (public and private markets), at least 5 years. Previous engagement with Specialist HCPs and Medical Societies. Experience in Oncology and/or Vaccines is a plus.
- Technical knowledge: Office Package (Excel; PowerPoint), Market Audit (Knowledge of Public Purchase platforms), Forecasting and market research.
