Service Department is responsible for Service operations for Vestas and non-Vestas turbines which mainly includes scheduled and unscheduled activities.

**Responsibilities**
- The Service Contract Manager is responsible for setting up and supervising the Contract Records & ongoing contractual support.
- Administering contracts with understanding of contractual terms and clauses and its implications commercially, operationally and legally
- Review customer contract agreements and maintain data entry of various contract elements
- Ensuring appropriate understanding of all the contractual terms entered with different customers






- Facilitating contract digitalization process from start to completion utilizing appropriate templates and procedures
- Support the contract approval process with region legal, assigning and obtaining required approvals and storing the contracts as required by local legislation
- Providing support to internal stakeholders in the correct understanding and interpretation of contract clauses

**Qualifications**
- Solid educational background within a relevant business, finance or engineering degree.
- At least 5 years of experience with contract management (e.g. sales legal, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers). Ideally within the energy market.
- Have a legal or business background
- General knowledge of contracts, processes, procedures and contract management systems.
- Contract Administration, good business sense and good legal understanding of transactional documentation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- SAP knowledge
