About the Program
Our New Associate Program is a full-time program for individuals who have 2-5 years of experience and an advanced degree. As a new associate, you will be an integral part of our business and develop product-specific and function-specific skills while interacting closely with senior professionals and clients.
As a participant, you will:
1. Receive the tools needed for professional growth and career advancement.
2. Encounter new opportunities and challenges that will prepare you for the next level.
3. Build your professional network and interact with colleagues across the firm.
Submitting Your Application
- Each applicant has the opportunity to apply to up to 4 separate business/location combinations in any given recruiting year.

About the Division
Our Investment Banking teams deliver high-quality strategic advice and creative financing solutions to our clients, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and risk management transactions. We pride ourselves on our resourcefulness and work on a variety of initiatives. On any given day, our work could include advising a company on a cross-border merger, structuring the initial public offering of a subsidiary, refinancing an outstanding bond, and more.
As a division, our strategic objectives include:
