**The Work You'll Do**:
An Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist will work closely with the internal Sovos Billing, Account Receivable, Collections, and accounting teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data.
**_ More specifically you will:_**
- This position will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes and will have responsibility to recommend and present ongoing continuous improvement for processes
- Support with billing/training, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting
- Design and development reporting and dashboards to track performance and progress of the OTC Team
- Partner with OTC leaders on work calendar
- Manage worklist preparation process for US / EU collections & US billing (uses EY tool)
- Manage monthly US customer PI process, including sweep sheets / close-won finance approval process / NetSuite synch
- Troubleshoot with team on quotes, invoices and other data-driven elements Continuous Improvement
- Provide cross-functional support and assist OTC and Finance management on projects as needed Transformation
- Participate in providing uses cases and other business needs for broader system transformation - including amendments and subscription billing tool
- Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained
**What We Need From You**:
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise
- Ability to use Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or Tableau
- Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
