**Role and Responsibilities**
First level employee relations matters/investigation
- Assist with disciplinary measures to include Performance Plans and Terminations
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Advise where appropriate and, in conjunction with HR Business Partner, arrange learning & development courses for staff as required
- Assist with HR project work to support the HR Business Partner in achieving both Company and departmental objectives.
- Responsible for Employee Event coordination and wellness activities
- Responsible for all administrative functions for /Chile/Peru
- Assist with all other HR matters as required by the HR Business Partner
- Provide recruitment support for recruitment team
- Responsible for Implementation and execution of New Hire Orientation and Onboarding
- Liaise with payroll to ensure pay related information is processed and payroll audits are completed
- Maintain electronic (HR systems) and manual employee files as to provide accurate and up to date records from which to produce reports and auditing information.
- Ensure CAE policies and procedures are kept up to date and in line with employment legislation.
