**Job Description**:
- Actively interface with other teams to gather requirements, design, document, implement solutions using cloud tools.
- Highly motivated self-starter, detail, and quality oriented able to work independently.
- Facilitate requirements gathering/design meetings and present to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Collaborate with SMEs from other specializations to author solution design documents tailored to project requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Champion and manage new initiatives to completion to improve and streamline operational processes and maximize system resources.
- Capable of working proficiently at both the strategic and tactical aspects of a project.
- Develop and maintain operational best practices for smooth operation of implementations.
- Lead Scrum Masters, and developers to drive program deadlines and deliver products to production.
- Move fluidly from the big picture to details and enable the engineering teams to deliver complex and strategic cross-functional phases, often with tight deadlines.
- Manage the program-level execution of work across delivery teams to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology.
- Experience in delivering complex technology implementations across the entire product lifecycle.
- Ability to handle a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities across people, processes, and technology.
- Advanced expertise in managing JIRA, Confluence, Service Now,
and other tools and accelerators to drive execution.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel analysis skills.
- Define test strategy, develop test plans, manage test execution, and defect management for unit, system, string, integration, user acceptance and regression testing.
- Perform executive status reporting, change management, current state assessments, and future state roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills when responding to internal and external partners
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or MIS is preferred
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Experience with executive status reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings is required
- A minimum of ten years of Project/Program Management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience on working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary.
- Be curious to clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective.
- Strong experience with driving large scale technology modernizations is a must
- Understanding of integrations, API’s, transactional systems, architecture is preferred
- Broad domain and technical knowledge related to analytics
- Experience with financial services & credit industry is preferred
**Nice to have**
- Development skills with databases (SQL, DB2)
