What You’ll Be Working On:
The Support Consultant role is critical to Manhattan's ongoing customer success and engagement. This role works with current clients facilitating upgrades to our software, troubleshooting Tier 3 level issues, and managing new implementations. This role will analyze and resolve functional issues that arise relating to supply chain software solutions.
You will work with analysts to provide issue resolution as well as perform testing of client specific enhancements. Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, pre
- and/or post implementation support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
- 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
- Requires up to 20% travel.
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
- No restrictions on travel to the United States
