Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Digital & Media Manager South Cone para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Marketing Digital:
**Responsabilities**:
- Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement integrated media plan considering traditional and digital media and ensure guidelines and frameworks are embedded.
This role will be responsible to translate new consumer insights per category into an activation media planning, prioritize touchpoints based on audiences and jobs to be done, have a combined touchpoint planning and reorganize activation sequencing and synchronization (TV, Digital, Influencers and ecommerce) for the South Cone.
- You will also have a key responsibilities on measurement tools to proactively feed business insights to Marketing teams and optimize media spend across channels.
MAIN TASKS
- Oversee the development of cohesive media plans across various channels, including traditional, digital, social, influencers and emerging media platforms acording to marketing objectives.
- Coordinate media related topics with Marketing teams, Traditional media, Precision Influencer leads, as well as agency and technology partners.
- Co-develop NIVEA annual business plan.
- Act as the singular point of contact for Media.
AGENCIES
- Secure Media and creative agencies pitch / annual negotiation in coordination with Global and Regional Procurement.
- Coordination with Global and Regional Procurement on agency audits, feedback and evaluation.
- Comprehensive control of the media budget in conjunction with brand teams.
**Profile**:
- Commercial, Civil, and Industrial Engineers, with at least 3 years of experience as Digital Manager (or similar) in consumer goods companies. Ideal Traditional media experience.
- Significant experience communicating technical material to range of audiences, including brands, corporate leadership, technology partners, and agencies.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong numerical, strategic, logical thinking and experience in using Measurement tools for data-driven marketing.
- Experience leading multifunctional teams.
- Fluent in english.
