**The Role**

We are looking for an **Asset Manager **to join our Operations team, based in Santiago, Chile. The Asset Manager will be a key member of the Asset Management Team, reporting to the Head of Asset Management.
- They will be accountable for the compliance of the main KPIs during the operational stage of the sites in the Sonnedix portfolio of Solar Power Plants (Utilities) and leading the handover process of new solar projects from construction to operations. The position assesses and optimizes the performance of the assets over their entire lifecycle, focusing on Opex,
Risk Management, and Health and Safety (H&S;) Management, and the optimization of available resources, across all the asset stakeholders along with the internal reportability and support to the rest of the teams.
- The Asset Manager will also be responsible on contracts negotiation (O&M; and related contracts) and manage close relationships with key stakeholders especially with landowners, authorities, lenders, investors, of these solar plants.
- **Desirable skills**:
- Engineering degree complemented by technical/commercial training
- Significant experience in Solar PV in Chile, ideally within Operations
- Good relationship builder with an open and honest communication style. Autonomy to coordinate tasks between different teams for decision taking
Softwares focused on management and monitoring or any programming experience are a plus.
- Fluent in English
