SANTOWN LEGAL- THE MULTICULTURAL LEGAL STUDIO

Is looking for an independent and reliable Adm/personal assistant to assist the expert lawyer and daily administrative tasks for this PART-TIME role.

Are a university student with adm experience?

Are you a senior worker with adm. experience?

You are proactive and can handle stress, you are flexible, organized and have a sense of humor. You are familiar with Google, zoom and Microsoft tools, especially Word and Excel. Good communication skills with clients are needed, spoken and written Spanish and English are a must. Other languages are a plus.

This is a part- time position for an atypical legal studio, ideal to combine with studies or a different job. Candidates with previous legal or administrative experience/handling clients are highly recommended to apply to this position. It is necessary to have your own computer and stable internet connection.

Some of the tasks for this position are:

- Organizing the lawyer's weekly agenda

- Communications with clients (mostly in English) - Email/Phone

- Organizing digital files and creation of databases.

- Legal research (different legislations).

- Administrative tasks of the studio







- Meetings with clients/ visits/ office errands

Job is expected to start in November. This position will be a 20 hours/week commitment depending on the demand. Possibilities for growth and continuity.

Compensation: based on part-time job (Boleta de honorarios).

Presence: hybrid mode
