As an Analytics Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering actionable analyses and insights to key decision-makers within the company. You’ll have the opportunity to implement models and tools to drive more efficient and scalable marketing actions, and your analytics will impact marketing strategy.
**What will you do?**:
- Extract and analyze internal data to support insight generation, implement and measure the success of actions in order to create an impact on the business.
- Implement an efficient metrics architecture that delivers direct information for decision-making.
- Automate analytical processes and standardize analytical data flows.
- Design experiments for marketing campaigns.
- Execute and analyze survey results
- Deliver valuable insights that give shape to strategy across multiple markets and lines of business.
**What do you need to succeed?**:
- Experience in data analytics within a B2C company
- Critical thinking and analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret large data sets to bring insights to life
- Solid communication and presentation skills, ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into business terms
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
- Knowledge in SQL or Python
