About the role
The Specialist - Talent Acquisition provides specialist support to key recruitment activities including establishing appropriate relationships with both internal business clients and external vendor contacts (where required) and accurately managing and recording end to end recruiting process activities from requisition to offer stage involving HR, Hiring Managers and candidates.
What you will be doing
Key Accountabilities Delivers on approved recruiting requirements (in all types of talent requirements for LATAM, operational to professional) utilizing appropriate internal and external resourcing tools.
- Provides advice on sourcing and candidate attraction strategies, including agency vendor relationships; Conducts and or supports candidate screening, interviews;
- Conducts all pre-employment is conducted in accordance with regional HR Standard; medicals, references; and assessments;
- Ensures hiring manager completes offer, contract process of each new hire; May act as key contact for vendors relationships with Seek, Linked In and payment / team usage for each vendor ;
- Supports recruitment team / processes in Success Factors ; Provides reporting and associated data from Recruitment System ;
Supports Graduate Recruitment for yearly intakes for region.
What you will bring
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in recruitment and selection processes for mining, oil, manufacturing or industrial companies (desirable, not mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
- Ability to plan, influence & execute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English (Mandatory)
- Portuguese language spoken at intermediate level (desirable, not mandatory)
Role dependent - technical & / or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics / visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)
