As a Human Resources Administrator, you’ll support our HR Department to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. You’ll help perform the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including assisting employees, coordinating employee life events, administering benefits, leave,
performance management and compliance activities; and enforcing company policies and practices. In this role, you will be the "heart" of the company, representing the best of ZeroFox by taking care of our employees. **What you can do to make an impact**
- Perform key activities associated with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee events.
- Provide administrative, clerical and coordinative support in the areas of, without limitation: payroll, benefits, leave, employee relations, employee events, performance management, policies and procedures, compliance, recruiting
- Assist in executing personnel procedures and policies
- Help administer and maintain accurate records in HR systems
- Manage all employee documentation
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
- Create meaningful, memorable experiences for our employees
- Respond to, track, and route internal and external HR-related requests and questions in a professional, client-focused and timely manner
- Schedule meetings, trainings, and special events as requested by the Chief People Officer
- Help generate and submit reports on general HR activity
- Ensure legal compliance; handle all HR legal issues including managing the interface with Ministry of Labor
- Conduct compensation research using databases and other tools
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**What you'll need to bring**
- Experience performing the duties listed above, typically obtained in 3+ years
- Intermediate to advanced-level knowledge of Chilean employment law and regulations
- Ability to thrive while working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Fundamental resourcefulness, critical thinking problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to propose and implement solutions when encountering novel and complex circumstances
- Basic mathematical computation
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Written and spoken fluency in the English and Spanish languages
- Strong sense of proactivity and urgency to execute
- Unquestionable integrity, professionalism,
and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal communication; people-first and client-focused orientation
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology as needed, including Google Productivity Suite
- A “can do, will do” work ethic and attitude
- Ability to multitask and pivot quickly among initiatives
- Ability to work independently while promoting open communication and teamwork
