In the HR sector, Electrolux's people are our passion and priority.

As part of the HR team in Chile, you will partner up with the Commercial area, supporting them in their quest to ensure that value is created along the consumer journey stages, both for the consumer and the company, creating the relationships that create better experiences.
**What you'll do**:
As the Commercial HRBP in the Santiago commercial office, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day performance management guidance to management personnel, and resolving complex employee-related issues. If you're a people person who can challenge the status quo without being intimidated by the unknown, this is an opportunity for you to spread your wings! We'll help you go higher than ever before, and you'll help us by bringing a solution-oriented attitude to HR operations.
On detail, you will:
- Act as program/process leader for HR initiatives such as performance management, succession planning and employee development;
- Create a people plan for the business in accordance with wider HR agenda and specific local issues, implementing talent management processes and proposing solutions for improved operation;
- Support business strategies through change management, promoting innovation and developing a strategic plan for human resources management;
- Support department heads in understanding compensation and rewards programs, taking part in recruitment processes, and ensuring they have access to the right tools for people development;
- Assist in measuring, validating and testing HR metrics effectives, providing data to subsidize managerial decisions;
- Analyze results alongside other HR teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans;
- Facilitate healthy professional relationships, overseeing and managing complex employee-relations issues.

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- Strong experience in HR management, working with high-potential teams;
- Solid experience managing commercial teams;
- Experience working in a matrix structure, with functional and operational reports;
- Experience with team development and implementation of succession/talent retention plans;
- Experience working with similar markets and product categories will be a strong plus;
- Advanced Office skills;
- Advanced English;
- Portuguese will be a plus.
Where you'll be:
You will be based in the Santiago Commercial Office, the center of sales, marketing and product line operations in Chile.
