You are going to be joining an interdisciplinary team with Linguists, Research experts, Lawyers, Machine learning engineers and Developers with one common goal, free the world of biases.
**Job functions**:
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement visually stunning and functional user interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient,
and maintainable code using React or Vue.js while adhering to coding standards.
- Employ version control techniques with Git to ensure effective collaboration and code management within the development team using Git Flow.
- Embrace Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to an efficient and collaborative development environment.
- Leverage your expertise in plotting libraries to create interactive data visualizations that enhance user understanding.
- Familiarize yourself with machine learning and other AI techniques to explore innovative ways to integrate advanced technologies into our front-end solutions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, providing technical insights and guidance as needed.
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in React or Vue.js frameworks.
- Strong command of CSS libraries such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.
- Familiarity with plotting libraries like Chart.js, D3.js, Plotly.js or Fusion Charts
- Proficiency in code version control with Git with Git Flow.
**Desirable skills**:
- Experience with unit testing to ensure code quality.
- Familiarity with ML and AI techniques
- Being a native Spanish speaker and advanced English speaker.
