- 10 years of experience leading teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in customer engagement, including growing businesses and products
- Experience working in the Chile enterprise market
- Technical knowledge and experience in cloud computing
- Established relationships within the market and network contacts

In this role, you will manage the team to meet and exceed business growth goals while driving customer satisfaction. You will bring an operational approach to recruiting, mentoring, and managing the team.

you will be effective at interfacing with customers and partnering with executives as well as working in the details of business agreements. You will have the opportunity to leverage entrepreneurial talents, and will operate the business while leveraging where the group fits into the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of managers to meet business growth goals for the Chile region by working with enterprise companies.
- Recruit talent and manage the team while providing actionable feedback.
- Create innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale. Work through and manage details in the business.
- Work at an executive level with customers/prospects and participate in the key agreements and accounts within the region.
- Continue to drive operational excellence into the organization.
