HR Manager (Bilingüe)

Technological Multinational Company that markets its products in more than 130 countries and is part of the top 10 of the best technological innovation companies at international level, is looking for an HR Manager.

Job responsibilities
- Comprehensively plan the company's human resources development strategy, develop short-term, medium-term and long-term human resources, and reasonably allocate the company's human resources based on the principle of "person post matching";
- Establishing and improving human resource management system, including human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, salary management, employee relationship management, etc.,





and supervise the implementation;
- Participated in all major meetings of the company, provide suggestions on human resources strategy and organizational construction to senior decision makers of the company, and strive to improve the management level of the company;
- Responsible for the company's team management, screening and selection of various middle and senior talents, and improve the company's talent reserve and echelon construction;
- Responsible for the daily work of human resources and provide guidance, and supervise the implementation of major human resources matters;
- Timely deal with major problems in the company's personnel administration, and responsible for the construction of corporate culture;
- Assisting the general manager to participate in the outreach work, and maintain a good relationship with external enterprises or government organizations;
**Requirements**:

- 6 to 8 years experience in HR.






- Familiar with Labor Law of Chile and other laws and regulations related to human resources;
- Excellent professional knowledge and rich management experience, familiar with the current situation of Human resource industry in Chile;
- Ownership, good communication and organization skills, proactive and team spirit; good sense of confidentiality;
- Willing to develop and grow together with enterprises;
- Familiar with Office software and can work in English.
