**Job Description**:
- This role is within Chamberlain Group's Sales function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Drive new business acquisition in the Commercial Business Unit, focusing on either Perimeter (PAS) or Commercial (CAS) products, (ii) Understand the respective product line inside and out, and be able to communicate that effectively to customers, prospects and industry influencers alike, (iii) Represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows, (iv) Track prospects in a sales pipeline and drive to closure (v) Work cross functionally to develop, track and analyze collected customer & market data and make recommendations for sales execution.-
- Create a pipeline of prospects and track to closure,
providing reporting at each step of the journey on CRM
- Create and conduct presentations to channel partners, end-users and internal leadership; represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows
- Work cross functionally to develop, track and analyze collected customer & market data and make recommendations for sales execution
- Conduct projects and programs to generate sales of LiftMaster CAS and PAS products to end users
- Utilize CAS and PAS product knowledge and expertise in the LiftMaster and Chamberlain portfolio to expand competitive market positioning
- Lead projects in partnership with key dealers and integrators
- Generate and follow-up on leads to fulfill the sales pipeline; determine best approach to close sales
- Track and record activity on accounts in the CRM
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications,
establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.- Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel up to 70% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license
- Located in Central Region- Preferred Qualifications:- Proficient in sales systems; mechanical aptitude
