**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Definir y entregar soluciones de transformación complejas que incluyen una estrategia de modernización de aplicaciones, arquitectura TI y entorno (QoS, Tools, etc.)
- Definir una estrategia para diseñar o modernizar (migrar, re-factorizar, re-architectar, reconstruir)
un porfolio de aplicaciones en tecnología Cloud (K8S, Contenedores, XaaS).
- Evaluar el impacto en el modelo de operación de TI y proponer cambios (foco ciclo de desarrollo)
- Entender la visión estratégica del cliente y objetivos para diseñar una arquitectura de aplicaciones e integración híbrida que incluye la convivencia con el entorno tradicional
- Diseñar soluciones Cloud Native (ej. API/MicroServices, Event-Centric, etc.) en respuesta a los requerimientos del Cliente
- Liderar equipos de trabajo en proyecto de asesorías y/o implementación de soluciones Cloud.
- Identificar y mitigar riesgo técnicos, estimar esfuerzo y/o dimensionar capacidades.
- Orientar el diseño de modelos y decisiones de arquitectura a otros arquitectos.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Al menos 5 años de experiência como Arquitecto de soluciones, y al menos 3 años en entornos Cloud (AWS o Azure)
- Experiência el diseño de soluciones Cloud XaaS, Uso de contenedores
- Experiência/Conocimiento de al menos 2 de los siguientes middleware tradicionales:.NET, WebLogic/WAS/JBoss/Apache, MS-SQL, Oracle, DB2, Tibco, Broker
- Conocimiento en tecnologías y componentes de infraestructura Cloud; API Manager, NoSQL, Servicios PaaS, FaaS (ej. Lamda), S3, EKS, CloudFront
- Conocimiento y habilidades en prácticas ágiles (Scurm, Kamban, Backlog gruming, etc.) y/o Design Thinking
- AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Conocimiento en algún métodos de arquitectura (ej. TOGAF/ADM)
- Conocimiento de IT4ITL / ITSM/ITIL
- Conocimiento soluciones RedHat (ej. OpenShift, Ansible)
- Conocimiento en AWS CAF/WAF, y tools (ej. Cost Explorer, Pricing Calculator, Application Discovery)
- Conocimiento/ Experiência en CAST Highligth, AIP,
o equivalente.
- Experiência en la adopción de prácticas (ej. CI/CD) y herramientas DevOps (ej. Jenkins, UrbanCode, Git, otras)
- AWS Certified Solution Architect Profesional
