**Posizione**:
IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A., general construction company, with construction sites in Italy and abroad, is looking for a **Project Control Manager** for south America area, Perù/Chile/Uruguay, to be settle in Santiago of Cile.
He/She will be reporting directly to the Country Manager and will support on the following activities:
- Adopt company's project management system within project control in each branch and in the execution of the projects and supplement with other systems and procedures as required.
- Ensure, in cooperation with the Country Manager, that the deliverable(s),
objectives and constraints within project control are clearly defined and agreed in the Project Charter at area level and at the start of each project. If required, organize a thorough review or "due-diligence" of the projects control aspects at the take-over of the project to ensure the soundness of the Project Charter.
- To manage a project control staff with enough resources and competence in each project to ensure adequate project control services and provide leadership to the project control team.
- Support to each project to prepare and implement schedule, plans and budget, including activity-based time lines and budgets broken down in accordance with the project's work breakdown structure. Ensure that the planning system including resource plans and quality control / inspection & test plans, HSE, including permitting and acquisitions are developed and adhered to throughout the project.
- Support to each project to implement a risk/opportunity management system including risk/opportunity identification, risk classification (rating) and plans & actions to control risks.
- Participate in review of the project controls aspects of each project to ensure independent review and verification of the project control aspects of the project. Also, implement in-depth review of the project or parts of it if a serious development is occurring.
- Provide accurate and timely project progress reports and participate in scheduled and ad-hoc presentation and review meetings for each area and project.
**Requisiti**:
The following requirements must be met for the position to be filled:
- Higher education within Civil Engineering or proved experience in the role.
- Proven Professional project management training. (PMP certification is preferred)
- Oracle Primavera P6 Training certification
- 10 years of experience from similar construction projects.
- Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish is raccomended.
