**About the job**:
- Develop Services business, manage sales cycles, and look for new opportunities with existing customers. The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Territory Services Sales Manager to join us in Santiago de Chile. In this role, you will participate in strategic account planning sessions, territory reviews, and deal-specific account calls to identify how Red Hat can increase services offerings for customers from various sectors. You’ll need to have a good foundation of technical knowledge and project and scope management expertise. As a Territory Services Sales Manager, you will create forecasts and plans for Brazil consulting sales in close collaboration with the sales management.**What you will do**:
- Manage incoming sales inquiries, coordinate services team responses, and create proposals for customers
- Work closely with the partners to maximize project value
- Negotiate rates, project costs, terms, and statements of work (SoWs) in collaboration with the regional services manager
- Provide booking forecasts
- Ensure that appropriate delivery associates are involved in validating scope of engagements with your local services delivery manager
- Participate in account strategy sessions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
**What you will bring**:
- Thorough experience selling strategies and developing proposals, contracts, close plans, and (SoWs) for professional services in the IT industry
- Experience working in a customer-facing position as a professional services sales manager or in a senior services sales role
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Industry transformation vision and the ability to explain technical topics
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Established sustainable network of customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
