**Business Development Lead (Remote, based in The Americas timezone)**

The Business Development Team drives the company's engagement with potential customers. You will be part of a small, energetic, international team, working closely together to source new clients, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for a self-starter who can own and develop a market by cultivating contacts from the innovation/startup ecosystem,





getting referrals from your own network, and sourcing new deals.

What You’ll Do:

- Work throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from prospecting new leads to closing sales
- Prospecting and nurturing potential clients via a mix of calling, meeting setting, and campaign follow-up in coordination with the marketing team
- Identify and target new business opportunities to bring in new clients to the company
- Become a YouNoodle’s value proposition, product and business model expert
- Prepare client-ready pitch materials and demo trials, customized based on a client’s specific business challenges and use cases on the YouNoodle platform
- Prepare price proposals for leads
- Utilize and manage our CRM system to track activity, manage sales contacts and opportunities, and set follow-up communication
- Provide regular feedback to the product team to guide future development and feature enhancements based on client needs and market demand.






- Have experience and a network within the innovation/startup ecosystem.
- Understand how startup or innovation challenges, competitions, grants, etc. work
- Love the sales process, every bit of it.
- Are diligent with the CRM.
- Have 3+ years of experience selling technology/SaaS products.
- Enjoy working across teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, etc.)
- Speak and write English fluently**.**:

- Have previous experience working at a Startup.

Pay: $1,800,000 - $4,000,000 per month
