**About the Role**:
We are looking for you at Chile, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Panama.
You will be part of the Hailable Products Team for LATAM! You will be a part of the team accountable for translating company-wide 2-wheel mobility strategy (Moto) to real-life execution in Latin America. Through metrics monitoring and troubleshooting, understand 2-wheel product and marketplace performance in order to identify and prioritize the highest growth leavers. Your role is to ensure marketplace reliability for 2-wheel products and deliver magical experiences for customers!
**What You’ll Do**:
- Make our Moto product grow through better pricing, better driver earnings, and constantly improving its reliability
- You´ll need to use marketplace tools and models. You will learn from the best and become an expert on the moto marketplace and performance. You will be able to translate standard methodologies to Moto in LATAM
- Build strategy and give visibility on your work with senior leadership
- Track the product's performance and user’s feedback, identifying and troubleshooting problems affecting moto’s reliability and user experience
- Work closely with the territory teams of Latin America to understand local needs and work on solutions to address users’ struggles
- Experiment and innovate to solve those problems
- Feed the Product team with insights on Moto and build together solutions to improve the product performance
- Align with sub-regional and functional teams to achieve moto objectives
- Work closely with strategy & planning, market intelligence, and regional teams in monitoring competitive behavior and developing action plans to mitigate the effects on Moto’s marketplace
**What You’ll Need**:

- Strong analytical skills (SQL required / Python is a plus)

- Communicates through clear, concise, and accurate materials (reports, summaries, etc) in a flow. Explains complex situations in a very simple way
