Treasury Corporate Sales (Junior Banker)

**Responsibilities**:

- Call preparation; providing research on products, markets and/or clients
- Assist Treasury Services Bankers with reviews of account analysis statements and relationship review creation
- Respond to issues related to the implementation of new products; escalate as appropriate.
- Initiate and oversee the client on-boarding process for new and incremental product sales.
- Respond to issues related to the implementation of new products; escalate as appropriate.
- Work with service partners to ensure smooth handoff post product on-boarding.
- Proactive identification, solicitation, and acquisition of new Multinational Corporates based in Chile.
- Sales of the entire product suite/solution.






- Be responsible for the profitability growth of the Multinational Corporates based in Chile.
- Lead, coordinate, and assist various Treasury Service functions, including Product, Technologies, Implementation, Operation, Client Account Management and Solution Center, to deliver solutions.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- U nderstanding of Treasury Services business model, financial analysis and client base preferred
- Knowledge of Treasury Services credit process, treasury products and pricing philosophy preferred
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Strong creative solution and analytical skills
- A good understanding of the Multinational Corporates based in Chile is a plus.
- Ability to identify and link new client opportunities with new solutions

- Ability to perform in a high pressure, team environment






- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to partner with internal partners and leverage internal resources
- Comprehension of customers' industries, business needs, and potential solutions
