**Job Description
- Purpose**
Lead, develop, design, control and improve the OT Services, included, OT Infrastructure and IM facilities, according to Anglo American and industry standards ensuring to meet their commitments effectively and efficiently.
Possess the ability to effectively manage projects and operational tasks across a wide range of areas, such as: Networking, VHF, Energy, Weather, Fiber Optic Transmission, Micro-Wave Links, Access Control, hosting and other areas include in the Facilities specialty while maintaining consistent and quality communication within the IM Team.
To work with the Business and other IM areas to ensure that the needs of new Facilities are prioritized,
and staffing assignments are approved and allocated across these priorities in a consistent manner using the governance and project and services lifecycle defined.
Assurance on the implementation and maintenance are met timeously according to the plan and manage interdependencies with other project, services and resources.
**Key Tasks**
- Define and design the strategy of IM Facilities aligned with the business needs.
- Develop, maintain, and effectively execute the services and project plans and organize the activities, sequence, dependencies, effort, duration and associated resource requirements.
- Follow the standard, best practices, and project management methodology guidelines to manage entire services and projects life cycle.
- Plan and manage internal and external communications, exchange information, status, issues, risks, and deliverables.
- Complete all necessary documentation for reporting status of the program and explain deviations.
- Estimate the time and resources required for operational and maintenance services.
- Lead priority 1 and 2 calls for IM Infrastructure (Incident Management).
- Lead the Capacity Planning Process for IM Facilities.
- Prepare the OPEX and CAPEX budget for IM Facilities.
- Prepare technical specifications of the outsourced services to be contracted for maintenance, operation and project services.
- Review/validate maintenance plan for the IM Facilities and guarantee and report the compliance of it.
- Administrate maintenance/operation/project contracts.
- Perform/Lead Onsite inspections to verify contracts compliance.
- Lead Change Control Management for IM Facilities in Copper Chile
- Guarantee all the IM Infrastructure information is up to date in CMDB.
- Guarantee the compliance of the safety standards of AngloAmerican and report any deviation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant IM discipline
- Post graduate qualification in the relevant IM discipline is a plus.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 7+ years of experience in IM management or related fields.
- Understanding of IM governance frameworks
- Proficient in required languages: Spanish and English.
- Demonstrates fully operational knowledge and significant experience in Frontline IM services, toolsets, compliance and standards.
- Outsourced team management to ensure effective resource utilization across the portfolio.
**Technical Knowledge**
- Strong technical knowledge of the relational dynamics of mining operations.
- Strong understanding of service operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Experience in designing and implementing plans, programs and maintenance plans for IT Infrastructure and Facilities.
- Understand the organization and its processes.
- Know how to estimate efforts/costs of the projects and services.
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL
- Results-driven and operational continuity-oriented approach.
- Strong ability to work with a team as a team leader, communicate well, with an attitude of responsibility and commitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Hold vendors to account on SLA indicators
- Analyze and identify risk root causes and quantify potential business impact.
- Participate in business initiatives/projects and the different processes involved.
