**Job Description
- Context**
The Operational Technology discipline is a key component to enable the mine modernization strategy and to guarantee stable and capable business processes.
**Purpose**
Develop technical solutions and enhacements in the Operational Technology Application Area, by translating business need in technology requirements.
**Key Tasks**
- Gather business requirement from operational area and translate them into technical specifications to improve operational KPIs according to IM standard and Mining Industry Trends.
- Lead and monitor work efforts daily, identify resource needs, perform quality review; and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Coordinate communication with all areas of the business that impact the project scope, budget, risks, and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Manage third party vendors, ensure they are meeting or exceeding their contractual commitments for services and projects.
- Develop project plans and teamwork assignments for project under his/her responsability.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in degree in computer engineering,
electronics, industrial engineering or a related field
Experience
- At least 3 years in similar position with experience in operational minig projects
- Demonstrates fully operational knowledge and significant experience in Mining systems.
Knowledge
- Project Management
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in required languages: Spanish and English.
- Availability to work on-site,( Los Bronces,Fundición Chagres y El Soldado)
- health compatible with working at high altitude.
