Are you passionate about building innovative developer experiences? Join us as a Product Manager on our Developer Platform and Integration team,
where you will lead strategy, roadmap and execution of critical initiatives that enhance our external facing developer platform and its suite of integrations. Our APIs and SDKs power hundreds of integrations, thousands of custom workflows and millions of API requests daily! You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, data, and sales to expand the reach and impact of our platform, unlocking new use cases for our customers and partners.
What will you be doing?
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives.
- Prioritize product roadmap, define product requirements,
and lead development process from concept to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Use quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product decision-making
- Work collaboratively with and drive alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering & design teams, sales, marketing, etc.
What skills & experience do you need?
- 4+ years of experience in product management, or related roles, in a technology-driven environment.
- Execution-oriented: You’re highly organized; you’re comfortable managing many work streams; you know how to make the right trade-offs; you help teams ship on time.
- Customer empathy:
You are a champion of the customer and can ship product improvements that address key customer pain points and bring delight.
- Impact driven: You understand how your work drives business impact and can lead your team to focus on high-impact work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: You can work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels; you are able to rally teams around your objectives.
- Data-driven: You understand how to use data to guide product decisions
- Solutions-oriented: You are resourceful and drive progress with a positive, entrepreneurial approach
- Technical expertise: We don’t expect you to write code, but you have strong technical foundations that help you understand the APIs and SDKs that power our platform, and to communicate with customers and developers about them
