Minimum Requirements
- Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- With at least 1-2 years of related experience, PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
- Knowledgeable in Windows Operating System and other Microsoft products, including but not limited to MS Office.
- Well-versed in computer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines.
- Willingness to learn, a team player, and able to establish good working relationships with users and peers. Customer-oriented and can function independently or as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel even on short notice.
- Possess a positive attitude towards the team and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
