- Complete recruitment administrative tasks, within timelines agreed 100% of the time.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy in all GPS actions.
- Proactively communicate with team leader and respective People Business Partners and/or Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers on status of tasks at all times.
- Seek advice for any unclear requirements from your team leader.
- Recommends process improvements and show iniative at all times.
- Assist with other People-related administration tasks as required.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.







**Skills, Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Formal Education and/or Certification.
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Attention to Detail, Ability to notice both minute and pertinent details of transactions, situations and documents; thorough and conscientious when performing work.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work with internal clients, assess needs, provide information or assistance, resolve concerns, or satisfy their expectations; committed to providing quality service.
- Ability to convey clear and convincing oral and written communication to individuals or groups effectively taking into account the audience and nature of the information.
- Work independently and perform effectively even with little supervision. Take initiative to seek out new responsibilities.
