**Responsibilities**:
- Prepares new or changed services, manages change processes, and manages performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance
- Applies technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Must have experience in:
- Advise Client-Adp Interface for Sys Interconnectivity
- Advise Client on Applications & Products
- Advise Client on Backup & Recovery-Storage
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Middleware Certification
**Required Education**
High School Diploma/GED
