**Job Purpose**:






The Virtual Patient Solutions Associate will contribute to shape the future of the virtual strategy of patients solutions to the IM organization and the IM portfolio in order to deliver growth in Chile, in line with strategic priorities. The role is responsible to identify and implement successfully virtual engagement initiatives including disease awareness, HCP and patient engagement and external/internal communication campaigns.**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Virtual Patient Communication Strategy: Drive Virtual Patient communication & Social Media strategy of IM for both corporate as diseases, to drive Multichannel Engagement with patients, HCPs and society in alignment with IMI Priorir. Define and ensure implementation of the integrated digital eco-system (OCE: Social Media, E-mail, Websites etc) & road map for all engagement & disease journey at key strategic milestones (e.g. pre-launch, annual strategic planning, strategic reviews). Identifies and implements new ways to grow the business through social media (eg.





AI, Digital, RWE, Multichannel). Determine the overall objectives of creating exceptional interactive/digital customer/patients experiences. Help to maintain all platforms up to date and work to generate relative content (with agency) to feed all channels on time and manner.
- Data Analytics: Provide analytics of social media campaigns to support Novartis internal customers. Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for brand teams and provides insights for decision making on resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of proven analytics (Clear reports unifying data, Google Analytics of the website via Data Studio)
- Cross-Functional Cell (Indirect) Leading: The associate needs to understand and work with individuals,





teams or groups to help the leaders to achieve their goals, having a positive mindset to work with all members internally and externally (clients, vendors, etc).
- Culture & Capability Building: Leads a cultural change across the organization as it relates to social media to ensure Novartis Chile is at the cutting edge of customer and patient engagement. Furthermore upskill of our cross functional teams to enable a new ways of engaging via social media.
- Agile & Innovation Organization: Live and breathe a culture of experimentation and evolution and drive agile & liquid way of working, and deliver on culture & capability building in the liquid way of working.
- Governance & Reputation Building:





Work within Integrity and Compliance policies and ensure those around and reporting to the role to do the same, complying with Job Excellence Standards in order to contribute to the alignment with Novartis procedures and objectives. Especially relevant is the implementation of proper monitoring of adverse events in social medical campaigns. Human Connecting: Interfaces and create linkages with relevant associates in IM Chile, region and global to leverage synergies and foster innovation.
- Vendor management of virtual campaigns: Be the Intermediary between the brand and the OCE (content & campaigns) agency (including grid review, weekly follow up meetings, review of content, materials and posts, search and content creation, supervision and changes in the look & feel (logos, graphics, etc,).





Be the link with the Media Agency: how much do we invest, how and what? - Request for budget and review of investment and sponsorships. Be responsible of Sourcing, Tendering, Negotiating, Contracting and Ordering of services related to social media campaigns.
- Virtual Campaigns Implementation: Review or monitor comments and responses, preparation of Q & A, App tracking: user comments and responses. Preparation and monitoring of KPI’s. Opening, monitoring and closing of NP4 of all contents.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- English and Spanish at a fluent level.
- More than 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
