We are seeking a **People Services - Mobility Administrator, **the primary purpose is to be accountable for ensuring all client needs are met within the agreed SLA with a low error rate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inbox and ticket system and action workload within SLA.
- Be the POC for all mobility employment lifecycle tasks within Oracle HCM.
- Create mobility transfer documentation as required.
- Working with process team, ensure all mobility workflows are up to dat.
- Work with mobility/payroll teams to ensure the best outcome for employee.






- Ensure all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as primary liaison for Mobility tasks.
- Ensure smooth handover shift to shift.
- Assist on other tasks or tickets as required.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Adherence to agreed service levels and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and self-audit for error free results.
- Professional relationships with clients, team members and all stakeholders.
- Reputation for high level of trust, discretion and confidentiality and adherence to GHD’s values.

**Competencies**:

- 5+ years of prior experience in a People Shared Services function.
- English: full professional proficiency.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferable Oracle.
- Proven experience in a mobility role.
- Prior global experience is an advantage.
- Well-developed written/oral English communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload.
- Display Initiative and problem-solving ability.
